For the past 20 years, I’ve helped athletes get stronger, faster, and more resilient. As a skier, trail runner, and climber myself, I know firsthand the demands mountain sports place on your body—and how the right training can make all the difference.

My background in kinesiology and 20 years of coaching experience come together in this Ski Fit program to give you the tools to ski harder, recover faster, and enjoy every run.

This 8-week program builds ski-specific strength and mobility so you can handle long runs, tough terrain, and those surprise powder days without burning out or breaking down. Get stronger, move better, and enjoy every turn this season.
 WHAT'S INSIDE THE PROGRAM: 

2 strength workouts per week (45–60 min) → stronger legs, more power.

2 core & mobility sessions (20–30 min) → better balance, fewer injuries.
​
2 optional endurance workouts → extra stamina for back-to-back ski days.

 Workouts will be assigned and delivered via the Trainerize training app.  There, you'll be able to message with a coach (me!).

(Access to weights and gym equipment is helpful but not required.)

Rob Foreman
About Rob:

I've been coaching endurance athletes for the past 20 years.  In addition, I've worked as a full-time personal trainer for the last 15 years.  I'm an avid trail runner and climber and have raced distances from 5k to Ultramarathon.  I have a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
